1. Scope of Refund Policy

satisfaction while protecting the interests of vendors, delivery partners and kitchen staff.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund’s may be issued under the following circumstances:
· Incorrect Orders: If you receive items that are different from what was ordered.
Missing Items: If your order is incomplete.
· Delivery Issues: If the order is not delivered, subject to environment conditions.
· The amount of refund shall be determined by the store manager on duty.
3. Conditions for Refund Requests
· Refund requests must be submitted within 5 minutes of delivery.
· Proofs such as photos of the food, packaging, or order receipt may be required.
· For delivery-related issues, tracking or communication evidence may be requested.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
· Change of mind after placing the order.
· Complaints about taste or preference.
· Failure to collect the order in time once the delivery partner has reached your location.
5. Refund Process
· Initiating a Refund: Customers can request refunds through the website under the
“Help” or Contact us section.
· Verification: Our team will review the request and respond within 48 - 72 hours.
· Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
o For online payments: Amount credited back to the original payment method
within 5-7 business days. The amount shall be based on store manager’s
discretion.
6. Special Conditions
· If an order is cancelled by the customer before preparation begins, a full refund may be
issued. This is at the absolute discretion of the store manager on duty.
7. Indemnity Clause
By accepting a refund from Intendo, the customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless
Intendo, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions,
or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the refund. The customer further agrees
that, upon the processing of the refund, they will not pursue any legal or other actions, including
but not limited to filing a lawsuit or seeking any additional compensation, against Intendo or its
representatives. This indemnity applies regardless of the circumstances that led to the request for
a refund and in all cases the maximum refund that can be provided is the actual order amount
paid by the customer.
