Return Policy for Intendo.online

At Intendo Online, we prioritize the quality and safety of our food to provide our customers

with the best possible dining and delivery experience. While we take every measure to ensure

that your order is prepared and delivered with the highest quality standards, we do not accept

any returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

1. Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

o Due to the nature of all food items, beverages, and other consumables we have a

non-returnable policy. This policy ensures the integrity, freshness, and safety of

our products.


2. Order Accuracy and Quality Assurance

o If there are issues with your order, such as missing items or incorrect deliveries,

we encourage you to contact our customer service team immediately. We will

work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction through either redelivery (where

feasible) or other appropriate measures as decided by the store manager on duty.

o Customers are requested to inspect the delivery at the time of receipt and notify us

of any concerns within 5 minutes of delivery.


1.1 Conditions for Resolution

· All concerns must be reported within 5 minutes of receiving your order.

· Proof of issue, such as a photo of the item or packaging, may be required to process a

resolution.

1.2 Exceptions

· Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

o Changes in preference or taste after the food has been consumed.

o Delays caused by external factors, such as traffic or weather or accidents or

government restrictions on routes and/or any factors beyond our control, unless

significantly unreasonable.


2. Indemnity Clause

By placing an order with Intendo Online, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intendo, its

affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or

expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

· Improper handling, storage, or consumption of food after delivery.

· Any allergic reactions or health concerns not disclosed at the time of ordering.

· Non-compliance with our policies or misuse of the platform.
