Shipping Policy for INTENDO.online

We at Intendo are committed to delivering your favourite dishes fresh and on time. Please review

our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and delightful experience:

1. Delivery Timings

· Standard Delivery:

o Individual Orders (typically one to two items except gourmet food) are delivered

within 45 to 60 minutes of confirmation within a radius of 3 – 4 Km.

o This service is available within a 3 to 4 km radius from our restaurant.

· Bulk Orders:

o For bulk orders, delivery timing will be determined on a case-by-case basis and

may exceed the standard delivery window.

o We recommend placing bulk orders at least 4 - 6 hours in advance to ensure

timely preparation and delivery.


2. Delivery Fee

· A delivery fee may be charged based on the distance and size of the order. The fee is

either calculated online while placing the order or is mentioned in the invoice sent along

with the order.

3. Delivery Areas

· We currently serve locations within a 4 to 5 km radius from our restaurant.

· If you are located outside this radius, feel free to contact us for special arrangements

(additional charges may apply).

4. Order Placement

· Orders can be placed via our website, whatsapp, or by calling our restaurant directly.

· Bulk orders must be confirmed via call or email for proper scheduling.

5. Cancellation Policy

· Standard orders can be cancelled within 1 minute of placement, if the order has not

started to be prepared in the kitchen subject to store manager discretion. Pre-paid orders

are non-cancellable.

· Bulk orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Order Accuracy


· Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an

order is confirmed, modifications are not possible.

7. Receiving Your Order

· We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt to ensure accuracy and

quality. Please notify us immediately if there are any issues.

8. Undeliverable Orders

· If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, address not locatable,

permission denied to enter premises, incorrect address, incorrect phone number, the order

will be deemed delivered, and no refunds will be issued. In such scenarios, we shall try to

contact you in a reasonable time frame and notify you by all possible means of

communication, however beyond a reasonable time frame the order will be deemed

delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

9. Additional Information

· All food is prepared fresh and packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible

condition.

· During peak hours, special days such as government holidays, holidays declared by local

authorities or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may vary slightly. We will

inform you by message or call if such a condition is encountered.

· By placing an order, it is deemed that you have read and understood the policy and agree

to it. If you disagree on any of the terms and conditions or policies, please do not place an

order.

10. Indemnity Clause

By placing an order with Intendo Online, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intendo, its

affiliates, employees, and delivery partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages,

losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

· Improper handling, storage, or consumption of food after delivery.

· Delays or delivery issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as incorrect

addresses or customer unavailability.

· Any health concerns, including allergic reactions, not disclosed to us prior to order

placement.
